R2009-65 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF A TIRE LEASE AGREEMENT WITH <br /> BRIDGESTONE AMERICAS TIRE OPERATIONS, LLC. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of the bids submitted for furnishing the Transit System <br /> with lease tires for transit coaches be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Bridgestone Americas Tire Operations, LLC., be accepted and <br /> an Agreement be executed accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
