R2009-61 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR <br /> AGREEMENT WITH MACON RESOURCES, INC. <br /> FOR LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DEMONSTRATION PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, this resolution authorizes the City of Decatur to enter into an Agreement <br /> with Macon Resources, Inc., to provide landscape maintenance for landscape planting beds. <br /> WHEREAS, in compliance with the aforementioned Agreement, it is necessary for the <br /> City of Decatur to appropriate sufficient funds to pay its share of the cost of said landscape work. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of Forty Thousand, Three <br /> Hundred Sixty-Seven and forty cents ($40,367.40) or so much thereof as may be necessary, fTom <br /> any money now or hereinafter allotted to the City to pay the cost of the landscape work as <br /> described in the Agreement. <br /> Section 2.
