R2009-52 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING <br /> AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH <br /> HANSON PROFESSIONAL SERVICES, INC. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Amendment to the Agreement authorizing the engineering services <br /> for the design of repairs to the spillway structure of Lake Decatur Dam, presented to the Council <br /> herewith between the City of Decatur and Hanson Professional Services, Inc., be, and the same is <br /> hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
