(b) If upon the written request of the Administrator, the Trustee shall <br /> contest the validity of any such taxes, all costs and expenses thereof shall be <br /> deemed to be an expense of the Fund. However, notwithstanding the foregoing, <br /> the Trust shall indemnify the Trustee and hold the Trustee harmless from any liability <br /> incurred by it with respect to contesting any such taxes at the written request of <br /> the Administrator. <br /> 2.8 Consistencv of Interpretation.
