R2009-34 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br /> - DECATUR METROPOLITAN EXPOSITION, AUDITORIUM <br /> AND OFFICE BUILDING AUTHORITY— <br /> - INCLUSION IN CITY'S HEALTH INSURANCE PROGRAM - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Addendum to Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement between <br /> the City of Decatur, Illinois and the Decatur Civic Center Authority presented to the Council <br /> herewith regarding the Authority's inclusion in the self-insurance program of the City be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
