Authority such information concerning changes in such Health Care Benefit Program <br /> as soon as possible so that the Authority and its employees may be informed of such <br /> changes. <br /> 2. Life and Disabilitv Covera�e. If available through the City insurance program, such <br /> employees of the Authority as meet the criteria of the Authority shall be allowed to participate <br /> in life insurance and disability insurance benefits of the program for City employees,with the <br /> Authority paying the cost of such participation. <br /> 3. Boiler and Machinerv Insurance. If available through the City insurance program, the <br /> Authority shall be allowed to obtain boiler and machinery insurance through such City <br /> Program with the Authority paying the cost of such insurance. <br /> 4. Termination.
