R2009-21 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR <br /> AGREEMENT WITH ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION <br /> FOR ELDORADO STREET ENHANCEMENT PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, this resolution authorizes the City of Decatur to enter into an Agreement <br /> with the State of Illinois for the Eldorado Street Enhancement Project, known as State <br />' Section 06-00625-00-SW; and <br /> WHEREAS, in compliance with the aforementioned Agreement, it is necessary for the <br /> City of Decatur to appropriate sufficient funds to pay its share of the cost of said construction <br /> work. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of Three Hundred �ight <br /> Thousand, Two Hundred Eighty, and 00 cents ($308,280) or so much thereof as may be <br /> necessary, from any money now or hereinafter allotted to the City to pay the cost of the <br /> construction and design work as described in the Agreement. <br /> Section 2.
