Attempts to resolve with a regular housing case were <br /> unsuccessful as the owner continues to evade service of summons. There are rotted structural <br /> members and open holes in the roof. Neighbors complain ground hogs are living inside. <br /> 322 W. Leafland-NSI#200803333. This case was started on 11-17-08. Sharon lohnson is named as the <br /> owner in the case. The water service was terminated in lanuary of 2007 and the gas and electric meters <br /> have been locked off. The electric service weather head has been pulled off the house,the eaves are <br /> rotted and falling off and most items of value have been stripped from the house. <br /> ' 807 W. Macon-NSI#200802630. This case was started on 9-8-08. Hector Rangel is named as the owner <br /> in the case. The water service was terminated in August of 2005 and the gas meter is locked off. The <br /> house is being stripped and vandalized and there are electrical system hazards throughout. The <br /> foundation and other areas are in a severe state of deterioration. <br /> 827 W. Macon-NSI#200802629. This case was started on 9-8-08. Gary Smart is named as the owner in <br /> the case. The water service was terminated in July of 2005,the gas meter is locked off and the electric <br /> meter has been removed. The windows are broken out and doors kicked in and the interior is being <br /> stripped and vandalized. The foundation is severely deteriorated,there are electrical system hazards <br /> and the ceilings are collapsing. <br /> 1046 S. Maffit-NSI#200802841. This case was started on 9-25-08. Amy R.and James L. Harris are <br /> named as the owners in the case. The water service was terminated in October of 2006,the gas meter <br /> is locked off and the electric meter has been removed. Windows have been broken out and doors <br /> kicked in. Items of value have been stripped from the house and interior ceilings are collapsing. The <br /> house is in a severe state of deterioration all around. <br /> 2204 E. Main-NSI#200503757. This case was started as a regular housing case in December of 2005. <br /> Attempts to resotve with the housing case were unsuccessful and the conditions have further <br /> deteriorated. Rex and lacqueline Curtsinger Sr.,deceased, are named as the owners in the case. There <br /> is no will or probate or tax buyer. The water service was terminated in November of 2007 and the gas <br /> and electric meters are locked off. The roof and some structural members are deteriorated and holes <br /> are opening in the roof. <br /> 1105 N. Main-NSI#200102774. This case was initially started as a housing case in June of 2001. <br /> Attempts to resolve with housing case were unsuccessful and there has been a string of new owners, <br /> with the current owner named being Dan VanGasken. There was a court order to repair which was not <br /> obeyed. The structure is partially boarded, has been vacant for years and the interior is in a severe state <br /> of deterioration. Attempts to resolve with the currer�t out of state owner have been unsuccessful, <br /> necessitating a demolition case. <br /> 954 E. Mueller-NSI#200800739. This case was started in February of 2008. Daniel Atteberry is named <br /> as the owner in the case. The water service was terminated in February of 2008,the gas meter has been <br /> locked off and the electric meter has been removed. The doors have been kicked in and windows <br /> broken out. There are open holes in the roof, extensive mold throughout and structural deterioration. <br />
