1709 E. Olive-NSI#200803490. This case was started in December of 2008. Levi W. Brohez is named as <br /> the owner in the case. There was a fire in late November that has basically destroyed most of the house <br /> and there have been no attempts by the owner to resolve the matter. <br /> 116 W. Packard-NSI#200102772. This case was started as a regular housing case in June of 2001. <br /> Attempts to resolve with a regular housing case were unsuccessful and there has been a string of new <br /> owners. Daniel VanGasken is named as the owner in the case currently. The structure is partially <br /> boarded and has been vacant for years. The interior is in a severe state of deterioration and there has <br /> been no cooperation from the current out of state owner to resolve the violations. <br /> 134 W. Packard-NSI#200601123. This case was started as a regular housing case in April of 2006. <br /> Attempts to resolve with a regular housing case were unsuccessful and there have been multiple owners <br /> during the case. Daniel VanGasken is named as the owner currently. The structure is partially boarded, <br /> has been vacant for years and the interior is in a severe state of deterioration. The out of state owner <br /> has been uncooperative in resolving the violations. <br /> 724 W. Packard-N51#200703267. This case was started as a regular housing case, but was unable to be <br /> resolved due to lack of cooperation from the owner. Eva Hankins is named as the owner in the case. <br /> The water service was terminated in July of 2008 and the gas and electric meters have been locked off. <br /> There are open holes in the roof, structuraâ–ºdeterioration and the house is in an overall state of <br /> deterioration. The owner now states she cannot afford to make the repairs. <br /> 1020 E. Prairie-NSI#200602402. This case was started as a regular housing case in August of 2006. <br /> Attempts to resolve with the housing case were unsuccessful. Jesse Johnson, now deceased, is named <br /> as the owner in the case.The water service was terminated in March of 2007,the gas meter has been <br /> locked off and the electric meter removed. The windows have been broken out and doors kicked in. <br /> The house is in a severe state of deterioration all around. <br /> 555 W. Prairie-NSI#200803127. This case was started in October of 2008. 15L National Bank of Decatur <br /> is named as the owner in the case. All utilities are still on but the house was found to be standing open <br /> and abandoned. There are open holes in the roof on both the house and garage. Windows have been <br /> broken out and the interior is strewn with trash and debris. There is structural deterioration inside. <br /> 1107 S.Silas-NSI#200803044. This case was started in October of 2008. Terrill Grigsby is named as the <br /> owner in the case. The water service was terminated in October of 2006 and the gas and electric meters <br /> have been locked off. The doors have been knocked off and windows broken out. There is structural <br /> deterioration,open holes in the roof and the porch is collapsing. Water damage is causing interior <br /> ceilings to collapse. <br /> 643 5. Sycamore-N51#200803141. This case was started in October of 2008. Dennis D. Ballinger and <br /> Kivia Taylor are named as owners in the case. The water service was terminated in October of 2008 and <br /> the gas and electric meters have been locked off. There is structural deterioration, loose electrical and <br /> the house has had a fire in the basement. <br />
