r <br /> � <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2009-18 <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING <br /> B-3 PLANNED SHOPPING CENTER DISTRICT <br /> - 245 WEST FIRST DRIVE - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 2"d day of April, 2009, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Mark Allen, to modify and amend the B- <br /> 3 Planned Shopping Center District on premises situated in the City of Decatur, Illinois, and <br /> described as follows: <br /> A part of Lot 3 of South Shores 5`h Addition to the City of Decatur, as per plat <br /> recorded in Book 300, Page 159 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of <br /> Macon County, Illinois, said part more particularly described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Northeast Corner of Lot 3, South Shores St" Addition; thence <br /> South 83°4T26" West 382.00 feet (Rec.), 380.78 (Mea.) along the South right of <br /> way line of West 15� Drive to a point for a place of beginning; thence continuing <br /> South 83°47'26" West along said South right of way line a distance of 154.46 <br /> feet; thence South 04°03'24" East a distance of 276.35 feet, to a point on the <br /> North boundary line of South Shores 2°d and 4th Additions said point also bein� <br /> 2.79 feet West of the Northwest Corner of Lot 21, of said South Shores 4t <br /> Addition; thence North 74°39'24" East along said North Boundary line of South <br /> Shores 2°d and 4`" Additions, 230.68 feet; thence North 20°55'32" West, 247.66 <br /> feet to the place of beginning; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findings and did <br /> recommend that the modification of said Planned Shopping Center District as requested be <br /> authorized. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COLTNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, <br /> and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br />
