Section 2. That the aforesaid Planned Shopping Center District be, and the same is <br /> hereby, modified and amended, and petitioner be, and he is hereby, authorized and permitted to <br /> develop the premises described above in accordance with the site plan hereto attached, marked <br /> Exhibit A and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> Section 3.
