The four 4)permitted locations <br /> are as follows: <br /> 1. The Southwest corner of the intersection of North Main Street and West <br /> McKinlev Avenue. <br /> 2. The Northwest corner of the intersection of North Main Street and West Kenwood <br /> Avenue. <br /> 3. The Southeast corner of the intersection of West McKinley Avenue and North <br /> Monroe Street. <br /> 4. The Northeast corner of the previouslv vacated West Hay Street and North <br /> Monroe Street. <br /> The four (4) permitted Electronic Message Unit si�ns shall not exceed twenty-five 25) feet in hei�ht <br /> and shall not exceed one hundred (100) square feet in area. The Electroni¢ Message Unit portion of the <br /> sign shall not exceed fift�50Lquare feet in area. The Electronic Messa�e Unit shall be dimmed to <br /> fift�percent 50%� between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. <br />
