', <br /> Ms. Diane Knaebe, Heritage Behavioral Center,was sworn in by Mrs. Poland. '� <br /> Ms. Knaebe stated Heritage Fields and Heritage Fields III provide very safe and affordable housing for �I, <br /> individuals with a mental illness.
