Excerpts from Plan Commission Minutes of November 6,2008 continued: � <br /> Mr. John Mickler asked what the modification of parking was from the origin�l PUD. Ms. Stewart stated the <br /> petitioner would be able to answer this question. The representative for the petitioner said the number of , <br /> parking spaces will go from seven(7)to fifteen(15). ', <br /> Ms. Diane Knaebe, Heritage Behavioral Center,was sworn in by Mrs. Poland. '� <br /> Ms. Knaebe stated Heritage Fields and Heritage Fields III provide very safe and affordable housing for �I, <br /> individuals with a mental illness. Heritage Fields houses individuals who in the past would have been living � <br /> in state hospitals, sub-standard housing or would have been homeless. �'I <br /> Mr. Chuck Guthrie,representative,was sworn in by Mrs. Poland. � <br /> Mr. Mickler questioned if the existing storm drainage would be adequate for the project. Mr. Guthrie stated i <br /> the detention pond was designed from the start for the entire project and would adequate. � <br /> There were no objectors present. <br /> It was moved and seconded (Dunn/Jackson) to forward Cal. No. 08-58 to the City Council with <br /> recommendation for approval as presented by staff. Motion carried unanimously. <br />
