That the Contract presented to the Council herewith between the City of <br /> Decatur and AFSCME Local 268, representing the General Services Employees, for General <br /> Services salary and benefits effective May 1, 2006, through April 30, 2011 be, and it is hereby, <br /> received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
