Excerpts from Plan Commission Minutes of September 4,2008 continued: <br /> Mr. Cumbo stated that St. Mary's Hospital has been experiencing significant growth in the <br /> physician's offices, emergency room visits and in-patients. No. 08-46 to the City Council <br /> with recommendation for approval as presented by staff. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> It was moved and seconded (Peck/Jackson) to forward Cal. No. 08-47 to the City Council with <br /> recommendation for approval as presented by staff. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> It was moved and seconded (Jackson/Livingston) to forward Cal.
