The PD is consistent with the intent of the original PD and the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br /> 1. Staff recommends approval of the amendment to the PD with the fdllowing conditions: <br /> a. Call out property line dimensions. <br /> b. Call out parking lot setback along southern property line. <br /> c. Call out dimensions of parking lot length and width. <br /> d. Provide correct legal description. ' <br /> e. Provide landscaping calculations for frontage points. <br /> f. Final site, landscaping, and lighting plans shall be reviewed and approved by the <br /> Economic and Urban Development Department, Departm nt of Engineering and <br /> Infrastructure and the Fire Department prior to building permits�eing issued. <br /> PLAN COMMISSION ACTION <br /> 1. According to section XIX.G.2 of the Zoning Ordinance the Plan Commission shall review <br /> the application at a public hearing and will make findings concerning the consistency of the <br /> application with the Comprehensive Plan, the Zoning Ordinance d other land development <br /> regulations. Based on the findings, the Plan Commission will mak� a recommendation to the <br /> City Council.
