Excerpts from Plan Commission Minutes of August 7,2008 I, <br /> Based on the analysis, the proposed Planned Unit Development amendment is consistent with the <br /> intent of the original B-2 PUD. Staff recommends approval of the petition with the following <br /> condition: <br /> a. Final site, landscaping and lighting plans shall be submitted to and approved by the <br /> Economic and Urban Development Department, the Department of Engineering and <br /> Infrastructure and the Fire Department prior to building permits being released. <br /> A motion to forward Calendar Number 08-36 to the City Council with a recommendation for <br /> approval is suggested. <br /> Ms. Sara Lepich, representative,was sworn in by Mrs. Poland. <br /> Ms. Lepich stated the property is proposed to be developed as a 4,300 square foot bank facility <br /> with three (3) drive-up lanes and an ATM. The entrance onto the lot is from Fountain Lane and <br /> the east end of the property will be the detention area. The property i i landscaped and lighted to <br /> City standards. , <br /> There were no questions and no objectors present. Ili <br /> It was moved and seconded (John/Anderson) to forward Cal. No. 08-3!,6 to the City Council with <br /> recommendation for approval as presented by staff. Motion carried unanimously. <br />
