The property abuts <br /> Maranatha Assembly of God with most of the land located south of the hurch. The site is currently <br /> zoned R-1 Single Family Residence District. The proposed zoning or this site is PD Planned <br /> Development District. <br /> l.On May 5, 2005 the City Plan Commission voted 8-0-1 to approve rezoning from R-1 Single <br /> Family Residence District to PD Planned Development. The petition was approved by City Council <br />, by a 6-0 vote on May 16, 2008. Since construction of this project did not occur within two (2) years <br /> of the date of approval by City Council, the Planned Development expi�ed and is no longer in force <br /> or effect. Any future development of the same site shall require pproval of a new Planned <br /> Development in accardance with the requirements of Section XIX. of th Zoning Ordinance. <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> 1. The etitioner is re uestin to rezone to PD Planned Develo ment to llow for the construction of <br /> P 9 g P � <br /> Twenty-one (21) duplex units, One (1) single unit and Eighty (80) ssisted Living units on one <br /> (1) lot. The development is planned to contain 43 individually owned units with a target <br /> population of 50 years or older. There is one (1) more single uni located along the southern <br /> portion of the property that will be constructed pending the develo�Der's final negotiations with <br /> Ameren. <br />
