Section 2. That upon compliance with the condition set forth below, the aforesaid R-6 <br /> Planned Unit Development and B-2 Planned Unit Development be, and the same are hereby, <br /> modified and amended, and petitioner be, and it is hereby, authorized and permitted to develop <br /> the premises described above in accordance with the plans hereto attached, marked Exhibit A <br /> and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> Section 3. That prior to issuance of any building permits for a specific use, complete site <br /> and construction plans including storm sewers, sanitary sewers, watermains, fire hydrants, <br /> vehicular access, parking lots, streets, landscaping and signage be submitted to and approved by <br /> the Director of Economic and Urban Development, Director of Engineering and Infrastructure <br /> and the Fire Department. <br /> Section 4.
