Excerpts from Plan Commission Minutes of July 3,2008 continu d: <br /> Mr. Matthew Jackson asked if traffic flow had been looked at for t e site. Mr. Cochran stated <br /> the building has been turned several different ways and he and staff eel this is the best location <br /> for the building. There is significantly more stacking being provid d when compared to other <br /> type facilities in other communities. The lot will be striped for ehicles leaving a window <br /> indicating proper exit. <br /> Ms. Sadorus asked if the CUP was specifically for a coffee shop in c se it would change owners. <br /> Ms. Stickle stated the CUP is for a drive-up. Mr. Greg Crowe sa d the site plan specifically <br /> states for a convenience food and beverage store. <br /> Ms. Sadorus questioned if a drive-up liquor store would be able to g in at this site. Ms. Stickle <br /> said it would have to be rezoned to a B-2 District and could not be �vithin one thousand (1000) <br /> feet of a school or church. <br /> There were no objectors present. <br /> It was moved and seconded (Peck/Jackson) to forward Cal. No. 08- 7 to the City Council with <br /> recommendation for approval as presented by staff. Motion carried animously. <br /> i <br />
