Excerpts from Plan Commission Minutes of March 6,2008 contin ed: <br /> The Wabash Crossing Third Addition Final Plat has been submitted d reviewed by the City's <br /> Technical Review Committee and in doing so; Planning, Engineering and Fire have approved the <br /> proposed plat with conditions. The Wabash Crossing Third Addition is divided into thirty-seven <br /> (37) lots. The Plat is required in order to allow for duplexes and fo lexes to be constructed on <br /> said Lots which were previously subdivided for single-family structur s. <br /> Staff recommends approval of the following amendments with condit ons: <br /> a. The amendment to Wabash Crossing Phase I PD. <br /> b. 'The amendment to Wabash Crossing Phase II PD. <br /> c. The amendment to Wabash Crossing R-6 PUD. <br /> The conditions are as follows: <br /> • Provide a note on Sheet 5-1.09 stating that Lot 11 mus use the existing sanitary <br /> sewer service on the south side of the property. (The e st service crosses Lot 10, <br /> therefore it ca.nnot be used.) <br />� • Provide a note of correct property zoning for each area <br /> • Dimensions of parking stalls in Area 5 shall be called ut. <br /> • All lot dimensions shall be called out. <br /> • If sign located in Area 5 is proposed,provide sign elev tions. <br /> • All plans shall be resubmitted for full review and appr val by staff prior to being <br /> forwarded to Council. <br /> 2. Staff recommends approval of Wabash Crossing Third Addition inal Plat with the following <br /> conditions: <br /> a. All utility letters must be received. <br /> b. The Final Plat and all supporting documentation must ave signatures. <br /> c. All lot lines dimensions must be called out on the final plat. <br /> d. The Final Plat will not be forwarded to Council until a 1 aforementioned <br /> information is received, reviewed and approved by sta f. <br /> A motion to forward Calendar Number 08-OS to City Council ith a recommendation for <br /> approval is suggested. <br />
