The Note shall be valid I <br /> or obligatory for any purpose or be entitled to any security or benefit u der this Ordinance unless I, <br /> and until such certificate of authentication shall have been duly exec�tted by the Note Registrar �� <br /> by manual signature, and such certificate of authentication upon the Note shall be conclusive <br /> evidence that such Note has been authenticated and delivered un er this Ordinance. The <br /> certificate of authentication on the Note shall be deemed to have been xecuted by it if signed by <br /> an authorized officer of the Note Registrar. <br /> Section 6. Optional Redemption. The Note shall be subject o red�mption at the option <br /> of the City, from any available funds, in whole or in part on any date and if less than all of the <br /> Note, in the amount of$50,000 and integral multiples of$5,000 in exc ss thereof, selected by the <br /> City as hereinafter provided, at the redemption price of par plus accru d interest to the date fixed <br /> for redemption. <br /> Section 7. Redemption Procedure. The City shall, at 1 ast 5 days prior to the <br /> redemption date (unless a shorter time period shall be satisfactory to t e Bank), notify the Bank <br /> in writing of such redemption date and of the principal amount of Note to be redeemed. <br /> All notices of redemption shall include the name of the Note a d at least the information <br /> as follows: <br /> (a) the redemption date; <br /> (b) the redemption price; <br /> (c) if less than all of the Note is to be redeemed, th principal amount of the <br /> Note to be redeemed; � <br /> -7- <br />
