ELIGIBILITY OF BENEFITS AFFORDED OTHER C TY OFFICIALS. Except <br /> for the benefit categories indicated within previous sections of this greement, Employee shall <br /> receive the same employment benefits which are provided to other Ci y management employees <br /> during the term hereof. <br /> 16. COMPLETE AGREEMENT. This Agreement constitut s the entire and complete <br /> agreement between the parties hereto, and there exist no induc ments, promises, terms, <br /> conditions, or obligations made or entered into by either the City o� Employee which are not <br /> contained expressly herein. The parties agree that to the extent a statement, comment, or <br /> representation has been made which lie outside of this Agreement, th other of them did not rely <br /> upon such in any manner or fashion whatsoever. The parties further gree that each has had the <br /> opportunity to utilize legal counsel of its own choosing, and has cond cted investigation into the <br /> matters contained herein sufficient to satisfy said party fully. The p rties further covenant and <br /> agree that neither of them enter into this Agreement under a y duress, confusion, or <br /> misapprehension, but both parties agree that they fully understand the terms he4reof. This <br /> Agreement shall not be subject to amendment, alteration or modific tion unless such proposed <br /> amendment, alteration, or modification is reduced to writing and �igned by the party to be <br /> charged with said alteration, modification, or amendment. The provision requiring any <br /> amendment, modification, or alteration hereto to be in writing shall ot be subject to waiver in <br /> any event. <br /> 17. HEADINGS. The parties agree that the headings whi h are utilized within this <br /> Agreement are for the convenience of the parties alone, and such h adings shall not increase, <br /> 6 <br />
