, • , � � \ • Radio Communications — Fund 30 — Increases the or ginal appropriation by $185,500 to cover the expenses related to the grant pro ided from the PrimeCo personal communications lawsuit. The money was pas ed through the City of Decatur to Macon County ESTB. • Fire Pro�ram— Fund 31 —This ordinance appropriates additional $21,600 to cover expenses for special operations and reimbursed to he City. • Letter of Credit— Fund 47 — Increases the original appr priation by $1,305,000 to cover the cost of demolitions in the 300 block of No h Water, approved by the City Council. Funds provided by a letter of credit fr m National City Bank. • Equipment Replacement Fund— Fund 61 — Increases th original appropriation by $476,700 to cover the cost of equipment budgeted in Y07 but not purchased until FY08, as well as early purchase of equipment not s heduled to be replaced until FY09. • Mass Transit Fund—Fund 70—Increases the original ap ropriation by$125,000 to cover the additional operating expenses, which in tu have been covered by increased grants from the federal and state government. • Motor Vehicle Parkin� Fund — Fund 77 — Increases th original appropriation by $10,000 to cover the increased operating expenses Money to cover the increase will come from a transfer from the General Fun . • Fire Pension — Fund 90 — Increases the line account f r pension payments by $325,000. It is projected that this line account will inc ease by 8.4% this year over last year and that kind of increase was not anticipat d in the budget. • Police Pension— Fund 91 — Increases the line account f r pension payments by $280,000. It is projected that this line account will incr ase by 10.0% this year over last year and that kind of increase was not anticipat d in the budget. • Hotel Fund — Fund 98 — Appropriates $6,700,000 to cover the cost of purchasing the Decatur Conference Center, as well as o her expenses related to the purchase.
