., y . � <br /> Excerpts from Plan Commission Minutes of March 6,2008 conNn �ed: <br /> Based on the above analysis, staff recommends approval of the rezoning to PD Planned <br /> Development with the following condition: preliminary plat, mal plat, site plan and <br /> construction plans shall be submitted to and approved by the Econom c and Urban Development <br /> Department, the Department of Engineering and Infrastructure and th Fire Department prior to <br /> the issuance of a building permit. <br /> Mr. Cochran,petitioner's representative, stated that Mr. Steve Vahlk p, owner of the property, <br /> was present today. Mr. Vahlkamp has owned the property for a few y ars and is interested in <br /> building a fourteen(14) unit, fifty(50) or older living facility. <br /> Mr. John Mickler asked if there was on street parking on Villa Drive. r. Cochran stated this <br /> will be a private drive and four(4)parking spaces for overflow parkin have been included. At <br /> this point there are no restrictions on parking on the street. <br /> Mr. Mickler asked staff if this was enough parking for the Zoning Ord�nance. Ms. Stickle said <br /> staff was fine with the parking since each unit will have two (2)par ' g spaces as required by <br /> Ordinance. She stated Engineering and the Fire Department did not h ve an issue with parking. <br /> There were no objectors present. <br /> It was moved and seconded (Sadorus/Anderson) to forward Cal. No. 08-04 to the City Council <br /> with recommendation for approval as presented by staff. Motion c 'ed seven (7) to one (1) <br /> with Mr. John voting no. <br />
