Staff is of the opinion that the best <br /> interests of the City of Decatur would be served by approving t e alleyway vacation. Staff <br /> recommends approval of the alleyway vacation. <br /> PLAN COMMISSION ACTION <br /> 5. The Administrative Policy of the City of Decatur requires that pro erty vacation requests be <br /> submitted to the Plan Commission for a public hearing.
