The <br /> property is currently developed for the Farm Progress Show. <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> 2.The requested Conditional Use Permit (CUP) Amendment for the Farm rogress Site will allow for the <br /> construction of permanent signage at the site. In order to maintain the lusability of Progress City for <br /> current and future events the northeast and southeast quadrants are to be left open and free from <br /> permanent signage and buildings. Permanent signage will only be located � the northwest and southwest <br /> quadrants of Progress City. In addition, only one (1) sign will be al owed per exhibit area. The <br /> maximum area per sign shall not exceed 100 square feet and the maxim m height shall not exceed 30 <br /> feet. <br /> STAFF ANALYSIS <br /> 3.The proposed development is consistent with the goals of-the original C nditional Use Permit and the <br /> Comprehensive Plan. <br /> STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br /> 1.Based on the above analysis, staff recommends amending the Conditi nal Use Permit for the Farm <br /> Progress Show with the following condition: <br /> a. A sign permit shall be required for all signage by the Economic a d Urban Development <br /> Department. <br />
