Mr. Nordholm asked how adjacent prope y owners know what is <br /> going on if signs are not posted. <br /> Mr. Cochran stated that City staff requires adjacent owners to si n off stating that they <br /> are okay or not okay with proposed street closures. <br /> Mr. John stated that he would not be in favor of the petition. <br /> Mr. Livingston asked whether the Commission would consider t bling the petition until <br /> they could get a copy of the agreement. <br /> Mr. Cochran read a part of the agreement that stated that acce s is guaranteed off of <br /> McKinley. <br /> Mr. John asked if the agreement was recorded. <br /> Mr. Cochran was not aware if the agreement had been recorded. <br /> Mr. John stated that the agreement satisfied all of his concerns. <br /> There were no objectors present. <br /> It was moved and seconded (Mickler/John) to forward Calenda No. 07-13 to the City <br /> Council with recommendation for approval as submitted. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> It was moved and seconded (Oakes/Livingston) to forward Cal ndar No. 07-14 to the <br /> City Council with recommendation for approval as submi ted. Motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br />
