Section XIX.G.2. of the City of Decatur Zoning Ordinance requir s the Plan Commission <br /> to hold a public hearing to review the rezoning and report its indings concerning the <br /> effect on the comprehensive plan and compliance with the standa ds of review to the City <br /> Council. A motion to forward Calendar Number 06-58 to t e City Council with a <br /> recommendation for approval is suggested. <br /> Mr. Mickler asked if there were existing houses to the south. 1V�rs. Pinnamaraju replied <br /> that there were existing houses across the street. <br /> Mr. Casteel, attorney for petitioner, was sworn in by Mrs. A thoff. There were no <br /> questions for Mr. Casteel. <br /> There were no objectors present. <br /> It was moved and seconded(Dunn/Nordholm) to forward Cal. No 06-58 to the City <br /> Council with the recommendation for approval as submitted by th petitioner. Motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br />
