Required parking lot setbacks shall follow the requiremen s for the underlying zoning <br /> district as listed in Section XXIV.D.2. <br /> b. The rear or side yard parking lot setback may be reduced om five (5) foot to zero (0) <br /> feet where parking is provided between the alley and the p ing lot, as applicable. <br /> c. The required width for circulation drives may be reduced here unique circumstances <br /> prevent the provision of required drives, subject to ap roval by the Director of <br /> Economic and Urban Development and the Director of Engi eering and Infrastructure. <br /> d. Required parking shall be reduced by 75%if on street parki g is available. <br /> e. All required ADA paxking shall be located on the premise u less otherwise approved by <br /> the Director of Engineering and Infrastructure. <br /> 8. Landscaping and Exterior Lighting <br /> a. All uses established under the provisions of the West Main treet Overlay District shall <br /> be subject to the requirements of the West Main Str et Design Guidelines for <br /> landscaping and exterior lighting. <br /> b. All other uses,provisions and requirements shall be in accor ance with Section XXXIII. <br /> 9. Historic and Site Plan Review <br /> a. Developments meeting the requirements of the West M in Street Overlay District <br /> within the local historic district must be submitted to and ap roved by the Historical and <br /> Architectural Sites Coinmission. <br /> b. All development site plans must be submitted to and appr ved by the Department of <br /> Economic and Urban Development and the Departr�ent of Engineering and <br /> Infrastructure. <br /> 10. Variances <br /> Any request for a variance to the requirements of this Section to the requirements of the <br /> underlying zoning district must be reviewed by the Plan Com ission in a public hearing, <br /> after which the Plan Commission shall make a recommendatian to the City Council. The <br /> City Council will then rule on said variance, and may impose conditions on the same to <br /> insure that the variance meets the intent of the West Main treet Overlay District, the <br /> underlying zoning district, and the general purpose and intent of he Zoning Ordinance. <br /> EXHIBIT A <br />
