All point require ents will be determined by <br /> the underlying zoning district and be in accordance with Secti XXVIII of the Zoning <br /> Ordinance. <br /> Low-Profile Plants (6-24" height) <br /> Perennials—Red-flowering Daylilies, Autumn Joy Sedum, M scanthus Flame Grass <br /> Evergreen Ground Cover— Liriope, Buffalo Juniper <br /> Medium-Profile Plants (3' to 6' height) <br /> Deciduous Shrubs (Two (2) points each) — Roses (Nearly ild and Knock-out), Spirea <br /> (Froebelii, Anthony Waterer) <br /> Evergreen Shrubs (Three (3) points each) — Hardy Boxwoo , Spreading Yew, Japanese <br /> Holly, Oregon Holly-Grape, Techny Arborvitae <br /> Small Trees (15' to 30' height)—Twelve (12)points each <br /> Deciduous — Red-Pink Flowering Crabapple (Prairiefire, Cardinal), Redbud, Pink <br /> Flowering Dogwood <br /> Large Trees (30' and over height)—Eighteen (18) points each <br /> Canopy Trees (Deciduous) - Sugar Maple, Norway Maple, Red Oak, Swamp White <br /> Oak, Black Tupelo, Redmond Linden <br /> Evergreen Trees - Blackhills Spruce <br /> EXHIBIT A <br />
