This was initiated from a 90 day temporary order from Police hief Jim Anderson after <br /> the September 12, 2006, Traffic and Parking Commission meeting. � <br /> Chervinko said Police have been patroliing the area and one ticket h s been issued. This is not I <br /> a busy time of year for the park so there have not been many proble s with the on street <br /> parking. Removing the on street parking will hopefully deter the drug problem the residents feei <br /> is going on in the area. <br /> A motion was made and seconded (Meador/ Luther) to foliow staff r commendation to make <br /> the no parking on the streets permanent.
