The site is approximately 11.8 acres and is currently unimproved. <br /> 2. G &D Integrated currently operates a facility on the property to the east. <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> 1. The requested rezoning will allow G & D to expand their operations by operating a container <br /> storage facility on the subject property. The office and warehouse building to the east will be <br /> expanded as part of the overall development. <br /> 2. A paved drive will loop around the site with container storage on both sides of the roadway. <br /> 3. The maximum height of the storage will be four (4) units high or thirty-eight feet high, <br /> whichever is less. <br /> 4. A landscaped berm twelve (12) feet high with ten (10) foot evergreen trees and additional <br /> shrubs will provide a sixty foot buffer between the storage yard and residential property to the <br /> north across Finch Drive.
