Preliminary/final plats, site plan and construction plans shall be reviewed by the <br /> Economic and Urban Development Department and the Department of Engineering and <br /> Infrastructure prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br /> Mr. Mickler stated to the south was a retention pond and asked what provisions were in <br /> place to keep this retention area maintained. Mrs. Stewart stated it would be maintained <br /> by the condo association. <br /> Chairman Smith questioned whether there would be a condo association fee. Mrs. <br /> Stewart stated there would be. <br /> Mr. Steve Baumann was sworn in by Ms. Jesse. <br /> Mr. Baumann stated he was the engineer for the project and was representing the <br /> petitioner. Mr. Baumann stated this was a 50+community and stated 50 in the <br /> condominium agreement; there would be no rentals and it would be strictly ownership. <br /> There were no objectors present. <br /> It was moved and seconded (Nordholm/Oakes)to forward Cal. No. 06-51 to the City <br /> Council with the recommendation for approval as submitted by the petitioner. Motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br />
