Ms. Miller stated the following: major auto repair shop, auto dealership, bars, <br /> outdoor storage, contractor builder yards, etc. <br /> Chairman Smith stated he believed that this was a way for the City to control what would <br /> be allowed if the church did grow and had to find a new location. <br /> Mrs. Sadorus questioned what control would the City have over the ampitheater that is <br /> stated in the report. Ms. Miller stated the church would have to comply with the <br /> conditions that have been stated and the zoning ordinance requirements. I <br /> Mrs. Sadorus stated she is very comfortable with what city staff has put in front of the II <br /> commission and is concerned as to what might come next on the location. Mr.Nordholm i <br /> stated his concern was for the church and does not want to get in the way of what the 'I <br /> church is trying to accomplish. <br /> There were no obj ectors present. <br /> Mrs. Sadorus made a motion to forward Cal.No. 06-50 to the City Council with the <br /> recommendation for approval that it be submitted as a PD and a condition that the gate <br /> remained closed at Wasson Way with the exception of church services, and it not be a <br /> thoroughfare between 27�` Street and Lakeshore Drive. It was seconded by Anderson. <br /> Motion carried with Nordholm voting no and then questioning if the motion was to <br /> amend or forward ta City Council. Chairman Smith stated it was to forward to City <br /> Council for approval with the condition that Mrs. Sadorus stated. Mr.Nordholm stated <br /> he was in favor of voting to forward to City Council and would change his vote to yes. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br />
