4 <br /> l. Front Yard Setback: 15 feet. <br /> 2. Rear Yard Setback: 5 feet <br /> 3. Side Yard Setback: 5 feet <br /> 11. Landscaping and Exterior Lighting. All new development within the A-OL <br /> District shall be subject to the requirements for commercial development in <br /> Section XXVIII. <br /> 12. Development <br /> All development within the A-OL district shall require the submittal of a site plan <br /> to be approved by the Department of Economic and Urban Development and <br /> Department of Engineering & Infrastructure. <br /> 13. Variances <br /> Any request for a variance to the requirements of this Section or to the <br /> requirements of the Ordinance must be reviewed by the Plan Commission in a <br /> public hearing, after which the Plan Commission shall make a recommendation to <br /> the City Council. The City Council will then rule on said variance, and may <br /> impose conditions on the same to insure that the variance meets the intent of the <br /> A-OL District, the intent of the underlying district, if applicable, and the general <br /> purpose and intent of the Zoning Ordinance. <br /> This requirement shall apply only to airport operational use(s) and its ancillary <br /> uses. Any variance request by any other property owner or use within the A-OL <br /> District must follow the requirements of Section XXX. <br /> 14. Airport Layout Plan, FAR Part 77 Surfaces <br /> a. The Airport Layout Plan and FAR Part 77 Surfaces will serve as the underlying <br /> standard for land use planning and development in the A-OL District. <br /> b. The Decatur Park District shall, from time to time, or upon update and approval of <br /> plans by the IDOT, Division of Aeronautics, file the then current versions of the <br /> Airport Layout Plan and FAR Part 77 Surfaces with the Director of Economic and <br /> Urban Development. <br /> EXHIBIT `A' <br />
