SECTION FOUR: JUSTIFICATION <br /> 1. The land use is in accordance with a proposed amendment to the revised <br /> Comprehensive Plan. <br /> 2. This Amendment varies from the existing PD by changing the building size <br /> from 7,500 s.f. to 6,057 s.f. and the parking plan around the building. <br /> 3.
