ORDINANCE NO. 2006-52 ORDINANCE AMENDING RESIDENCE DEVELOPMENT PLAN - SOUTH TAYLOR AND WEST GROVE ROADS - WHEREAS, on the 4th day of May, 2006, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Com- mission held a public hearing upon the petition of Steven Lewis to further modify and amend the R-3 Residence Development Plan previously approved by Ordinance No. 79-35, as subsequently amended, and on the 24th day of May, 2006, upon due notice, the Housing and Construction Board of Appeals also held a public hearing upon said Petition, regarding premises situated in the City of Decatur, Illinois, and described as follows: A part of Lot Three (3) of the survey for Thomas M. Hill Estate in the North Half of Section 33, Township 16 North, Range 2 East of the Third Principal Meridian, Macon County, Illinois as per plat recorded in Book 335 on Page 327 of the re- cordc in the Recorder's Office in Macon County, Illinois, and being more particu- larly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the south right-of-way line of West Grove Road, said point being the northeast corner of Lot 11 of Southside Estates Third Addition as per Plat recorded in Book 1832, Page 453 of the records in the Recorder's Office, Macon County, Illinois, said point also being 987.92 feet east of and 30.00 feet south of the northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of Section 33, Township 16 North, Range 2 East of the Third Principal Meridian; thence N 89 degrees 37 minutes 46 seconds E (Assumed Bearing) along the said south right-of-way line of West Grove Road, 207.10 feet; thence S O1 degrees 22 minutes OS seconds W 409.88 feet; thence N 89 degrees 41 minutes 21 seconds E, 340.09 feet; thence S O1 degrees 22 minutes 16 seconds W, 432.66 feet to a point on the south line of said Lot Three (3), said point being 480.14 feet west of the southeast corner of said Lot Three (3); thence S 89 degrees 47 minutes 57 seconds W along the south line of said Lot Three (3), 945.88 feet to a point, said point being the southeast corner of Lot 19 of said Southside Estates 'Third Addition; thence N 00 degrees 12 minutes 03 seconds W along the east line of said Lot 19, 120.95 feet to a point on the south right-of-way line of Bay Hill Boulevard; thence easterly on a curve to the left along the south right-of-way line of said Bay Hill Boulevard having a ra-
