That the reports and recommendations of the Decatur City Plan Commission <br /> and the Housing and Construction Board of Appeals be, and the same are hereby, received, <br /> placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the aforesaid R-3 Residence Development Plan be, and the same is <br /> hereby, further modified and amended, and petitioner be, and he is hereby, authorized and per- <br /> mitted to develop the premises described above in accordance with the plans hereto attached, <br /> marked Exhibit A and hereby made a part hereof. <br />
