, . , , � t ORDINANCE NO. 2006-47 ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING SALE OF LAND - 134-136 SOUTH MAIN STREET - BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the offer of One Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($1,200.00) by Faries Wire Land Trust, for the purchase of a portion of the property located at 134-136 South Main ' Street, Decatur, Illinois and legally described below, be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and accepted: The North 4.00 feet of Lot 30 of Assessors Resurvey of Block 1 of the Original Town of Decatur as per Plat recorded in Book 22, Page 413 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, except the West 87.00 feet thereof. Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and di- rected to sign, seal and attest a Quit Claim Deed conveying said property to Faries Wire Land Trust, and the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed, upon payment by said purchaser of the above-mentioned consideration, to cause said deed to be delivered to said pur- chaser.
