<br /> The perspective is from S. 34th Street looking Southwest onto the property.
<br /> The right edge of the photograph is near the Northern boundary of the
<br /> property. As the picture (hopefully) shows, there is ample room on the
<br /> existing R-1 lot for two R-2 lots. This picture is also presented to show that
<br /> the Northern half of the existing R-1 lot looks more like an empty lot than the
<br /> yard accompanying the home on the property. We believe that a new
<br /> construction on the Northern half of the property would be a sensible and
<br /> attractive use of this land.
