, ' i. <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2006-09 ' <br /> ORDINANCE GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> - 1102 NORTH 18TH STREET - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of February, 2006, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Robert Briscoe, d/b/a AGRI-LOAD for <br /> a conditional use permit under the provisions of Section XVII B.5 of the Zoning Ordinance to <br /> construct, operate and maintain an intermodal grain facility on property located in the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois and legally described as follows: <br /> Lots 145, 146, 147, 148, 149 and 150 of Dodson's Second Addition as per plat re- <br /> corded in Book 335, Page 218 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon <br /> County, Illinois; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that such conditional use <br /> permit be approved. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation and report of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, <br /> and the same are hereby, received, placed on file and granted. <br />
