Section 2. That a conditional use permit be, and it is hereby, granted to Robert Briscoe, <br /> d/b/a AGRI-LOAD and only to Robert Briscoe, d/b/a AGRI-LOAD to construct, operate and <br /> maintain an intermodal grain facility upon the premises aforesaid in accordance with the plat <br /> thereof hereto attached marked Exhibit A and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> Section 3. That conditional use permit be, and the same is hereby, expressly conditioned <br /> as follows: <br /> (a)No more than ten (10) containers (on wheels) be on the premises at any <br /> one time; <br /> (b) Site break fencing is required. <br /> (c) The existing asphalt paving area on East Condit Street remains; and <br /> (d) Development and use of the premises conform to the site plan, at- <br /> tached hereto as Exhibit A. <br />� Section 4.
