The undeveloped site contains 5.65 acres with 380 feet of frontage along North Brush <br /> College Road. Adjacent property to the north and east is zoned for Heavy Industrial; property <br /> to the south and west is zoned for light industrial. <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> 2. The petitioner plans to sell its products to ADM and ship it via pipeline. Steam will be <br /> purchased from ADM for concentration of potassium hydroxide. <br /> 3. It is anticipated that NSR will invest approximately $7.5 million to develop operations in <br /> Decatur. The company will initially hire three (3) employees with ten (10) to twelve (12) <br /> employees expected by June of 2006; up to fifty(50) employees will be working at maximum <br /> plant capacity(Spring 2008). <br />
