The Illinois Terrorism Task Force has recognized IPWMAN as a mutual aid organization. 5. Marley, Director of Engineering and Infrastructure, will be in attendance at the City Council meeting to answer questions from Council on this item. BUDGET/TIME IMPLICATIONS: The annual membership fee for Decatur is $500. If an emergency event occurs and Decatur responds, the City will be responsible for paying normal salary and equipment expenses. If Decatur receives assistance from other communities, the first five days of response will be without cost to the City.
