Deliverables The deliverables for the Network Upgrade are: • Newly deployed switching environment • Updated network diagram • As built network documentation outlining the changes to the environment 4. Project Organization The Burwood consultant will obtain direction from of City of Decatur. Other Burwood Group resources will be utilized as necessary to meet the objectives of this arrangement and to deliver the value expected from our organization. Andy Stuber will act as liaison and be the primary contact for issue resolution and logistical support for the life of this project. 5. Professional Fees and Expenses This project is bid on a fixed price/fixed time basis. Burwood Group, Inc. estimates this project will begin on December 15, 2008 and end on January 30, 2009. The professional fees for this engagement will be $165. Dates may be adjusted upon final approval of this project. For example, if the start date is moved out one week, the end date will adjust by one week as well. The start and end dates will be flexible in the event of unplanned natural disasters that are outside City of Decatur's or Burwood's control. If Burwood Group is unsuccessful in completing the defined work by January 30, 2009 due to reasons within our control we will reduce the final payment by 10%. Burwood Group will be tracking this project weekly with City of Decatur to identify any issues and risks with meeting these goals. Additionally, if project timelines are extended beyond the agreed-upon timeframe from the date of project commencement due to City of Decatur fault, such as, lack of resources, shifting priorities, changes in the deployment approach, project interruptions causing work delay or stoppage, lack of effective resource engagement, etc; the project change control process will be executed. Utilizing this change process, Burwood will re-bid the remaining effort to complete the affected work streams. Both parties must approve the change with respect to scope and charges before completion of the work streams. Please note Burwood Group will assign all staff resources as to best-fit the total requirements, and no individual employee is being specifically promised or quoted for this project or specific tasks. Any significant changes to the scope and assumptions outlined above or the anticipated level of effort will require a separate arrangement and additional professional fees.
