Budget Impact: Funding for this work is for a fee not to exceed $20,000. This landslide <br /> was not anticipated, funds to pay for the engineering costs will be re-allocated from other ', <br /> projects in the Capital Improvements Plan. Various concrete street repairs and sidewalk ' <br /> projects have been put on hold to cover this unforeseen capital expenditure. The project will �� <br /> proceed with the Decatur Park District reimbursing the City for 50%of the design costs. <br /> 2. Staffing Impact: Staff time has been allocated for managing this project. <br /> 3. Schedule: The plans and specifications for the repair work should be completed by January <br /> 2008 allowing a project to be bid in January/ February 2009 when it will be returned to <br /> Council for bid approval.
