� ,� . <br /> , �- , . <br /> � TASK ORDER NO. 14 <br /> FOR <br /> CONTINUING AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES <br /> DATED JLJNE 16,2003 <br /> WHEREAS, a Continuing Agreement for Engineering Services dated June 16, 2003 <br /> (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement), now exists and is in full force and effect <br /> between the City of Decatur, Illinois (hereinafter referred to as the Owner) and Black& <br /> Veatch Corporation(hereinafter referred to as the Engineer); and, <br /> WHEREAS,the scope of services subject to the Agreement is being expanded to include <br /> a study and evaluation of supplemental raw water supply alternatives for drinking water <br /> production as described in Attachment A, Scope of Services for this Task Order No. 14; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the promises contained in the Agreement, <br /> Owner and Engineer agree to amend the Agreement as stipulated in this Task Order No. <br /> 14 and Attachments A and B. <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the parties have executed this Task Order No.14 and its <br /> effective date shall be September 30, 2008. <br /> CITY OF DECATUR BLACK& VEATCH <br /> O R ENG <br /> � <br /> � <br /> By: By: <br /> Michael .
