ATTACHMENT B <br />' FOR <br /> TASK ORDER N0. 14 <br /> FOR <br /> CONTINUING AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES <br /> Owner: City of Decatur,Illinois <br /> Engineer: Black&Veatch Corporation <br /> Project: Supplemental Water Supply Study <br /> Date: September 30, 2008 <br /> COMPENSATION <br /> For the services described in Attachment A of this Task Order,the Owner agrees to pay <br /> the Engineer as follows. <br /> A. For Task 1, Owner agrees to pay the Engineer a fixed price of Forty-four thousand, <br /> two hundred dollars ($44,200.00). <br /> B. For Task 2, Owner agrees to pay the Engineer a fixed price of Foriy-three thousand <br /> dollars ($43,000.00). <br /> C. For Task 3, Owner agrees to pay the Engineer a fixed price of Thirty-four thousand, <br /> five hundred dollars ($34,500.00). Engineer shall not proceed with Task 3 without <br /> prior authorization from Owner. <br /> D. For Task 4, Owner agrees to pay the Engineer a fixed price of Fifty-nine thousand, <br /> three hundred dollars ($59,300.00). Engineer sha11 not proceed with Task 4 without <br /> prior authorization from Owner <br /> E. Monthly payments shall be made to the Engineer by the Owner based on the <br /> Engineer's statement. <br /> F. The entire amount of each statement shall be due and payable upon receipt by the <br /> Owner.
