To complete a detailed Site Plan consisting of a paving plan, grading plan, <br /> landscape plan, lighting plan and surface restoration plan for the sixty <br /> (60) foot wide courtyard area on the West side of the 300 Block of N. Water <br /> Street. <br /> 2. Said Site Plan to be generally in accordance with the Plaza Plan prepared by <br /> Massie and Massie dated July 11, 2008. <br /> 3. To prepare construction bidding documents and assist the City of Decatur <br /> with the taking of bids for the said Plaza improvements. <br /> 4. That Massie Massie & Associates will provide Landscape Architecture <br /> services for the proposed project. <br /> 5. To ca�rriinate and at#e�d staff meetings; Puhlic information mePtine�s anc� <br /> City Council meetings. <br /> 6. To complete all plan work by August 25, 2008. <br /> 7. To maintain Professional Liability Insurance Coverage in the amount of <br /> $500,000 during the contract duration. A Certificate of Insurance will be <br /> issued to the City of Decatur. <br /> 8. To provide Workman's Compensation Insurance, General Liability Insurance <br /> and Automobile Liability Insurance in an amount of $1,000,000 with an <br /> Excess Umbrella Liability of $1,000,000.
